i dont think i get brain freeze but i have been wondering what the pressure in my head it - its like somebody has my head between their hands and is continuously pressing :S its been doing that for about 2 weeks

I have never had a brain freeze but i have had backfreezes. same concept but it happens to my lower back not my head. why is this?
