I've lived in Los Angeles and I am moving back. Summer in Los Angeles is not really all that great. The water is always cold, just so you know. The smog and sea cloud is always really bad in June and July, and smog peaks in August. The best months to come are between November and March. The streets are also really dirty in the summer, but LA is a great city.
