this piece is amazing and very dark. but I cant help but feel similarities in progression between this and beethoven symp 7 2nd mov. There both obviously different, but certain sections of this remind me of the main theme in beethovens.

@Twolfe38 Just to clarify, this is not HER music. This is a piece composed by Franz Liszt. Originally for solo piano. Here, most of the melody has been given to the cello while the piano fills in for the other parts.

@PorcupineFloyd68 Let me correct you but originally was conceived as a song for soprano voice and piano, to the poem "O lieb, so lang du lieben kannst" not for piano solo. Then the same year (1850) a transcription for four hand was released.
