you don't need to wake up at 4 :D you can work out a server like say America, Since i'm in Australia most likely in American it will be in the late night or early morning.. if you're in Australia i usually go to a Sweden server because they are like 10 hours behind us :D

u get it by doing the lumbridge achievements (all three)

i just say if your a member and got like 84 crafting on 1 cahracter i would recommend if you have no life getting 5 characters or 6 all up to 99 runecrafting because then if a your character is out of xp for the day then just switch to another LOL SIMPLE!!!!

@bryanwolffrs Never.You should cut willows until about level 75. You can start with Yews then. If you start chopping yews at level 60 Woodcutting, you will chop about 30 logs per hour = 9k. And that is not worth it.
