  • why on earth would you break the pasta?

  • @Renegades69 The pot she's using looks pretty small, perhaps she broke the pasta so it could fit in easily?

  • i agree wit recognizereal1 shes fucking hot and nice ass!!!!!!!!!

  • i agree wit recognizereal1

  • i tried this and i loved it! tastes almost the same :)

  • Katrina i love this recipe thanks very much and you look great!

  • WTF since when is a tomato a vegetable its obviously a fruit

  • i won't be trying it because i don't eat meat but i will try it without it :)

  • it looks great, bud doesnt look fully cooked the meat is still pink =/

  • Nice recipe...thanks for the nutrition info, that is a big help....!

  • i tried the recipe today, it was good. i'll make it again for sure..

  • how and where do you learn how much protein each food contains?? do u have to study nutrition or something? i'm sure that turkey doesn't contain exactly 30 g but how can you know??

  • A1 steak sauce, worchestershir sauc, la choy soy sauce, spaghetti sauce, and a sectret ingredient, and u got urself my grandsmas recipe for the best spaghetti ever.

  • katrina the only nutrition i want is your sn

  • Katrina,

You should try using spaghetti squash. Most grocery stores have it but it's best from a farmers' market.

Basically, cut it in half (length-wise), scoop out the seeds, microwave it for 10 minutes and use a fork to remove the "spaghetti." One cup has only 42 calories.

  • nice ass!

  • I'm a vegetarian so i won't use the meat. What can I use instead of meat for the protein?

  • the spaghetti is high in protein

  • Nice butt.

  • you look quite delicious katrina.

  • hmmm. looks quite good. i'm gona try it =)

  • im a vegetarian so i will use everything but the turkey lol thanks it looks like a good dish

  • I like putting a can of cannellini or garbanzo beans in my pasta sauce to add protein but keep it meat free. You should try that next time.

  • why don't you put oregano in the sauce? I do that. It is an italian spice, please explain b/c i have never heard this before.

  • ma che merda è.. :D ci vuole il soffritto di cipolle.. ci vuole il vino bianco.. mah

it would be better that americans keep cooking hamburgers and stuffed turkeys..

  • LOL! why do u say that? what was wrong with her recipe besides the fact that the tomatoes were not chopped small enough?

  • okay the reason it is wrong is because...it is just wrong! lol oregano goes it PIZZA sauce not pasta sauce..trust me my grandparents on my dads side are from naples, and my grandparents on my mom's side are from tuscany and if they saw anyone putting oregano in pasta sauce they would get a beatdown...unfortunately in alot of americanized recipes you see it, but true authentic italian cuisine will never call for the use of oregano in pasta sauce.. hope that helps

  • but why??? you did not answer the question. WHY what is wrong with it?

  • yumm.

but can you just use regular ground

    turkey?

  • the real question is, does it taste good/.

  • oooooooo i don't like Turkey ,i will eliminate it looooooool

  • I made the recommendation, if you follow this, add 1 tsp of dried oregano, parsley, and fennel seed to the turkey while browning. Make a world of difference.

  • 1:47 the 'zoom in' is like super fast lol

  • I never found ground turkey in France!!!

  • that looks yummy.

  • What does she do for a living if she has "clients"?

  • She's a trainer. If you paid attention you would know.

  • I'm sorry, this is the first video I watched.

  • mmmm i wouldnt mind a side dish of you sweetheart

  • my mum makes it this way coz the turkey is less fat than beef and she put lots of veggies in it she uses ragu sauce is that ok to use

  • Fructose corn syrup isn't bad for you. Of course if you eat it all the time, just like everything then it can be bad for you. You must have been eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  • that not healthy! and dont ever buy prego i used to buy it all th time, it has high fructose corn syrup in it :O

  • thank goodess healthy pasta without the load of carbs.

  • I noticed that the plate served is quite hefty. What is the recommended portion sized of cooked pasta and sauce? How should it look on the plate? As big as the serving shown or smaller?

  • juice

  • Haha- Yes I have my bachelors degree in Health Science, Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology to be exact ;) I am not legally able to "prescribe" you a diet for an illness or obesity like RDs in hospitals-- but much like all the people who do cooking shows and diet tips-- I like to show people how to eat healthy- and be healthy. Keep it simple and you will succeed! Thanks for the comments guys! Make sure you check out my channel too :) - Katrina

  • Shouldn't you cook the vegetables a bit before adding in the sauce?

  • does this woman have any nutrition credentials?????!!!!! She legally can't give out advice like this without them. I would know, I'm a Diet Technicia, Registered (a step below a registered Dietician) Student!!

  • hey! I really tried out this recipe and I must say, I totally prefer turkey over the beef in the sauce! The whole wheat pasta was so yummy! Thanks for the recipe and I'd love to see more! Thanks! :D

  • What the dude said about premade crap in a jar X2....

can of chopped tommies for the win!!

  • Loved this video! I like the way it was well put together. It wasn't just slob put on the site. Good Job! Good video! =D

  • : - )

  • if you want to skip out on preservatives and sodium, use a can of crushed tomatoes instead of that premade crap in a jar.

  • If you finished a book, but thought it wasn't the best you could have done with that concept and idea, would you still have it published?

  • I will try the sauce, but I have a bad reaction to wheat products, so unfortunately, I cannot use the noodles. It looks really hearty!

  • let me tap dat ass

  • Yikes, the morons are on the loose.

  • I was thinking the same.

  • I'm making this for dinner tonight

  • looks good! i will try because i love whole wheat spaghetti and it's healthy plus it looks delicious. Thanks!

  • aw that looks so yum!!!

  • why do you guys have a link for earning your degree online in your video info? that's lame. i clicked on it w/o looking at the extension thinking it would take me to her blog

  • Hey guys it's Katrina-- thanks for the comments! Hope you enjoy :)

  • I think it's not a good thing to go cook with your hair down. I can't help to comment

  • it's not like she's working in a restaurant....plus she looks gorgeous with her hair like that!

  • No that's true but when I find hair in food... eehww

  • why does it say "warning" about the touch up statement...kind of a strong word. I think the statement is pretty clear on its own and doesn't need "warning"

  • this looks realy nice, i will try this one cheers :)

  • 1:47 pow

  • That looks good minus the turkey carcass.

  • I'm guessing you don't know what a carcass is. She didn't put any turkey "carcass" in the food.

  • BUNS and GUNS.

  • Hey it's Katrina! Thanks for subscribing to my videos everyone! :) I am starting some workout videos here--- any suggestions? Sarah is coming out to visit and we are planning an outdoor beach workout. Let me know. Thanks for the comments-- <3 Katrina

  • Love the recipe! I've made this once without the wheat (used regular) and with ground beef. But the turkey idea sounds interesting!

  • Yeah I think I'm gonna make that tomorrow for dinner i'm always trying to get my Italian husband to try whole wheat spagetti and that seems like something I can hide it in, Plus all i need to buy is the basil.

  • Hey guys it's Katrina! Thanks for the comments :) Hope you like it!

  • I would love to try these recipes, but some of the ingredients aren't sold in Estonia. For example we don't have that kind of mushrooms.

  • How do I know how much food is the serving size mentioned?

  • It tastes really great post work out

  • i cant see how she has changed the basic recipie of spaghetti in tomato sauce that everyone uses anyway? The only difference is she made a point of using wholemeal spaghetti :S

  • thanks.
