BofA is in big trouble. Buffet's money didn't do them much good, the stock price didn't rise by much & it has been back down since then into the $6 range. They have pending fraud lawsuits over their mortgage & foreclosure policies that put them at risk paying out hundreds of millions in damages and they are actively selling off subsidiaries to raise cash. BofA is in big trouble. Buffet's money didn't do them much good, the stock price didn't rise by much & it has been back down since then into the $6 range. They have pending fraud lawsuits over their mortgage & foreclosure policies that put them at risk paying out hundreds of millions in damages and they are actively selling off subsidiaries to raise cash.
