Just got my PS vita today and the browser is slower than my phone by far. sure the browser can be slow, but make sure that before you browse, to check your internet, and see if its not that which sucks..

@Pawzie they cvant do anything about it. the maker of flashplayer (Adobe) stopped making flashplayer and flashplayer updates for mobile devices. all the android phone can watch youtube movies on OLD VERSIONS of flashplayer or thanks to HTML5. The playstation vita is a totally new device with and OS nothing like android, so they cant use an old andriod version of flash, and because Adobe doesn't make new flash players for mobile devices......... I hope we get HTML5 next update for youtube vids.

The browser isn't that bad at all. I hope they come out with a firmware that's supports some kind of flash like say adobe or htlm5. At least then you'll be able to watch and download vids like the psp can.

@DeltaSixEcho That's up to adobe more than Sony. If sony wants it but adobe says no, then it is a no, or else adobe can sue sony for a pretty hefty amount. Also, since adobe stopped supporting flash on android now and other mobile platforms for the most part, i doubt it.

The Vita is, of course specs-wise, much more capable of running videos than the regular PSP in higher quality. They just need to release Adobe Flash for it quickly. >_<

That browser isn't optimized for that system and os that's a downgraded pice of crap that comes windows 96 os that's why it doesn't work I've done some research and it is mentally possible to hack into the os and delete certain file and or drivers that disable user management for the vita once those drivers are deleted you can remove the vita and insert a new file like Firefox w/ a built in adobe flash or HTML 5.0 into your hits system that browser should be sufficient for that kind of power su

Flash doesn't support any mobile device anymore and because iPhone doesn't support Flash all the main websites have none flash websites for devices these days so it's perfectly fine for web browser. 3G is definetly useless though unless you wanna use facebook/twitter/talk to friends/use the browser.

You can't play games on 3G so no point imo.
