who auctions off 2000+ total acres and 20 seperate tracts of land TOGETHER!!! Our school does some rediculously stupid things sometimes..
in one year from now we could have broken them up and auctioned it off and gotten double that. sigh...

There were 11 different buyers and the sale generated nearly a million more than the college expected/wanted. It looks like some of the buyers will be breaking up the lots and reselling in the future.

I was saying that UPS would have "expected/wanted" more later than they would now.
If the buyers are splitting them up to sell them, so could the University.
I was not commenting on your ability to sell property, simply frusteration at one seems to be a growing line of fiscal mistakes our school is making.
I stand corrected on the "together comment" and apologize for any mistaken intent.
