The camera is okay, you don't need more control of it... why? you like to wonder at the sky like a high teenager or to play the nice game?

Ending was okay...more or less...story was okay, music was epic...great game.

The ONLY downside if find is that the game it's too short:) took me around 10 hours to finish it..

You do not buy anything in this game, unless you count god powers via divine favour. Completing various quests, story or side, can earn you new equipment in the form of armour, swords, spears, and maces. For example, early on, a guy is making trouble in your home village; after you defeat him, you have the option of taking his mace as a prize.

I think it's underrated. Rented it a few days ago and I finished it yesterday one of the better adventure games I've played in recent times.

The story is handled well, the quality of the dialog is well above average for video games, the story has a strong message and the action is good: the gameplay is solid and fluid.

ROA has a better story than God of War though the gameplay is not as action packed.

In story and dialog RoA is so much better, man I can't forget Jason's speech on Kithra, especially when you pick the intelligent dialog choices in that debate.

hmm ill give you the fact that ROA has a better modeled story the GoW but the story itself i did not like at all! jason was one my favourite greek mythological hero and how they changed the story like that was just horrible + the ending sucked big time (I MEAN COME ON 1min cinematic O.o) + gameplay is a little in dep with all those god powers but the problem is that you don't even have to use them (you can do just as fine without them)!anyway its just my personal opinion

I wasn't expecting it to follow the original story in every detail, would have been hard to do with the rpg-like elements of choice they put into the game.

Not to mention in ways RoA had more of a message than the original which was a pure adventure tale whereas this game was questioning the justification of men's desires vs divine law.

Obviously there are the usual messages about greed, treachery etc, those themes are retained in this game. And no I wasn't talking about all greek stories but this one (which is one of my favourite tales by the way).

I've merely noted that the creators added to the myth (In as much as they changed it) with the underlying message about the Fleece and to a wider level it provides commentary and analysis on the role of human will vs divine order and where mortals fit in the face of this.

I cant believe it's already getting bad revues. typical we finally get a game with the rpg frame of games like jade empire and mass effect mixed with the combat from viking or maybe too human and it get's panned. fuck the critics, there'd paid for. there's other stories that could be a sequel. homers oddessy maybe?

yes... this is way better than Mass Effect to me... if mass effect has a 9 in critics then Rise should have a 10, this game is more fun to play and the story is wasy better, I have mass effect but it don't play it, i'm going to sold it xD

no no no .. a Witcher may be a good game, but this? Ok, if you're are really into Ancient world, ok, but as game - why the hell such enormous parts where we just run, why they gave us proper fights only in arena and near ending? Why are textures shining like near lightbulb, that was stupid effect... etc etc. Well, 5/10. as a story 6/10.

You play with Jason but the other argonauts help you 2 of them always with you i'v playe Achillies and hercules with me they are pretty good team :D
