He's the deal, unless someone here as been to a Home Depot in Mexico, we can't say it's a Home Depot or not.

Why do I say that? Look at the bottom of the screen it says "C14|Pinturas2|2008/04/18-10:1­4:00". IDK what C14 means, but "Pinturas" is Paint in Spanish. "2008/04/18" is the date, and "10:14:00" is the time.

So, we can rule out it's a store in the U.S, no Home Depot in the U.S letters it's security cams in Spanish, and Mexico is the only Spanish speaking country with Home Depot's.
