This is not south africa. The practise is not common at all amongst south african peoples. It may be practiced by immigrants, but it's definitely not indigenous to the country. Male circumcision is practised amongst some of the peoples of south africa, usually to boys around age 16 or older. FGM isn't part of the culture.
