Oh, that looks beautiful! I live in the Balearic Islands (Spain) and it doesn't snow often, but it snowed yesterday, 30-50cm in the village where I live, and it hadn't snowed this much since 4th February 1956! We were on national news and I'm really happu because there's still a little left^^

There could be four times as much snow as in this video, and we still wouldn't have a snow day haha. Apparently my college hasn't had a day off because of snow in over 20 years!

Somehow I got into a convo with the butcher today. I was standing confused in front of the organic chicken, and he asked if I needed help. I asked him if they had free range chicken, he said no. I said, ok and after a moment of us just looking at each other, he ran over to the non-organic area and waived me over. He mentioned they have "humanly raised" chicken. We ended up talking for about 15 min about how food is grown, how we modify things, where fruit comes from, etc. Super unexpected.

As a girl from Northern California, where we get really heavy rains instead (EXCEPT THIS YEAR APPARENTLY) it surprised me the first time when my friend from Seattle said people over there were unprepared for snow. I guess we assume "North, snow, they know what's up." The issue came up into discussion because she started freaking out when it snowed in the Bay a couple of years ago...which hasn't happened since the 70s. Anywaaays..SNOW! XD
