(2) I thought, yeah, right. I got an AK 47 stuck in my underwear. I had AR-15s aimed at my head and they went through my home. My dad got my gun back but later shortly after that I got a sting on me because of my ex boss. Guns were not even involved or threatened in the issue. I had just sent my rifle home with my dad. feeling violated I wished I would have had my rifle. Just wanted to have it out with them and settle the score then. Stupid basterds they all are. Nothing but killers in my book.
I'm VERY surprised this kind of thing doesn't happen more often. I too am a victim of of police brutality and I am a white boy! I also live in a state that is a felony if you possess a gun without a gun license. They came and stole my gun because I was target shooting too late at the night, and I live in the country. I was beaten by them, totally unarmed and jailed. In fact I was pulled from my home with only under pants on. They asked if I had any weapons, and searched me.
As for the learning experince here: officers should not be walking timebombs, but they should be able to explode in an instant. Would better training have saved these officers lives? If there was only one door way to saftey, or a seris of unknown strategic movements for victory; you can bet your life that the door would have to be opened by YAH Almighty.

One time I was riding my bike home and a police officer ran me off the road and destroyed my bike, and 2 other cop cars came and shined their spotlights in my eyes and probably 10 cops were there within minutes with guns drawn screaming at me. I was shaking and peed my pants I was so terrified. Turns out I matched a description of a guy who stole a stereo out of someone's car. Ridiculous and offensive. I have quite a few stories of my own. I'm not alone.
@northamericanmonitor I might add, they did not apologize, did not pay for my bike, and ignored me when I tried to file a complaint. It was like it never happened. I will also note that the police swore at me on the phone and said "if I wanted to whine, to call my mommy" when I asked for the papers to file a complaint. I was in a rough spot too and my bike was my only transportation, my livelihood. I'm sure there's a lot worse things they've done, but I'm a good person who didn't deserve that!!!

One time I was riding my bike home and a police officer ran me off the road and destroyed my bike, and 2 other cop cars came and shined their spotlights in my eyes and probably 10 cops were there within minutes with guns drawn screaming at me. I was shaking and peed my pants I was so terrified. Turns out I matched a description of a guy who stole a stereo out of someone's car. Ridiculous and offensive. I have quite a few stories of my own. I'm not alone.

I will also note that the police swore at me on the phone and said "if I wanted to whine, to call my mommy" when I asked for the papers to file a complaint. I was in a rough spot too and my bike was my only transportation, my livelihood. I'm sure there's a lot worse things they've done, but I'm a good person who didn't deserve that!!!

The officers would have a better chance defending themselves from a knife attack than a firearm. You can defend yourself from a suspect carrying a knife from a distance but not a pistol.

Or if it was an open bolt you would have to hit it in a manner which releases the bolt and discharges a round, but open bolts are relatively uncommon, so thats not really something you need to worry about.
