the battered hilt dropped for me twice and i got it twice but i didn't use it since mutilate dominates PvE and pvP now. i sold both teh hilts for a total of like 24k gold and i finnaly got epic flying and some new gear, gems, and enchants.

As a rogue, you can pick sword only. My friend had automatically 3 choices of maces as a druid. Nice sword though. A guy offered me 20k gold for my battered hilt but I didn't sell it. I think it's the best weapon family for casual players like me who can't afford to farm gear in raids. According to my gearscore I'm not even allowed to enter ToC10-25 either and I got this nice piece with a little luck. :)
