Thank you thank you thank you!!! This is what I'm looking for ... NOT commercials. I want to witness machines AS THEY ACTUALLY WORK!!! So far this is the most helpful Samsung washer video out there.
I remember when I had an 80's International by Gorenje in Dubai. No offense to Gorenje, but with the lack of technology and engineering at that time, that was a piece of crap. There was no distribute mode programmed into the wash program. So the motor would immediately ramp to full speed and the drum and machine would bounce up and cause all sorts of nasty vibration. After a year or so, the spin was terribly unbalanced and it would not spin anymore.
I bought the WF328AAR; R means Tango Red. It's an awesome machine. I washed a couple of towels. Initially it goes through a "balancing act" during distribute mode. The sensors determine the adequate speed for the motor to turn and senses output vibration. When the sensors determine hardly any vibration, the motor ramps up speed, and voila! Perfect!
i just got one of these delivered today in island white. my washroom is upstairs and so far its even quieter than it sounds on here(which is hella quiet) no vibrations.
i am happy but still scared cause this is my third washer in less than 2 weeks. bosch failed, electrolux is huge but washes and dries like a teeny tiny machine i was really disappointed with that one. now i am praying so hard for this one to continue working good.
I just brought one and loved it - sadly on the first day the pump stopped working so I had to have it replaced. I tried to get the same machine but they said they had no stock for a month so I had to settle with another brand.
I don't know why it broke it was my first front loader and was about to go back to a toploader but I'm trying to keep the faith and hope this new front loader does better.
i have one of these same one actually. I liked the fact it only cost 19 a year to run plus its super quiet. Got mine for 650 because it had one scratch on the top. thumps up
I found one at best buy in January I got to test it and the machine started shaking quite a bit, but buy the time it got to full speed there was hardly any vibration at all.
how the fuck did i get here. i cant remember how i got to the situation where i was watching this video on youtube!

Was this video taken on an upstairs installation? I am curious as to how well the VRT works, especially on an un-reinforced upper floor.
