The United States would rather kill Afghans than save these magnificent creatures. Tonight Barack Obama, president of the United States, gives his State of the Union address. Wouldn't we all rather hear the State of the Planet address? As one contacted by the extraterrestrials (and I write this for cyberspace so no letters please), they have one message for The Third Rock From The Sun -- Operation Humans: Aborted.
I love Blue Whales-- It would be incredibly interesting to watch these people find them. Although I'm not particularly for humans following them, there are some benefits with respects to were these brilliant creatures breed.
If anyone has a link to this documentary, please feel free to message me!
@zarbar2 - if I manage to get hold of it; will let you know. At one time they were thought to be extinct. Luckily this was not the case. Their numbers, though, are very few. Yes, infinite stupidity. This world would be much better of without us. When humans become extinct this planet would flourish.
@Hocksman I agree! If they go extinct, I'll be extremely embarrassed. That's so shameful-- How can measly humans take on such a massive animal! It's defiantly not something to be proud of.
Thanks for your reply! I'd love to watch this documentary-- I will be trying to look for it too.
in the documentary called "The Cove" there is a conversation caught amongst Japanese fishermen about how they would love to hunt blue whales - barbaric!
omg i merized soo many facts i loved whales ever since i got sprayed by a humback's blowhole when i was 4 i have always wanted to see one when i lived by the oceons my dad saw one but now we live in th praries when i was on vacation i almost got to bet a hum back whale it was so close but i really want to see a blue whale!!!!!!!!
@cablenategrey I bet not many dare as a woop from its tail is deadly, and i dont mean only direct hit, but by the preasurewave in the water too, it will reorganize the organs in your body pretty much :)

To answer your question, it is this thing called "explosive harpoons"--invented around 1900.
