People are fundamentally flawed in their thinking because they always just accept the current level of government, and everything government is currently doing, and seek to correct that by ADDING more to it. Evolution isn't valid , it's utterly bankrupt ... even before I converted to Christianity , 'Intelligent Design' certainly made more sense ( I was a Deist Pagan ) ... there are simply many scientific flaws in the Theory of Evolution ... and one of the many reasons that it is even upheld today is due to it's wide bureocracy ... As a result a scientific theory of any sort is accepted as the best scientific guess at what really happened. Scientist do not prove a statement but observe a reaction.

The issue becomes the scientific method. Evolution is the theory that has with held the most attempts to disprove it. As a result a scientific theory of any sort is accepted as the best scientific guess at what really happened. Intelligent Design offers a truth with limited scientific evidence to prove it and more importantly no way to disprove it. Also a scientific theory cannot begin with an end. Scientist do not prove a statement but observe a reaction.

Evolution does not offer all the answers. There are things that are unknown but a true human theory has unknowns that drive the scientists to study the subject. Creationism offers all of the answers neatly and in a way a child could understand. Is any knowledge that easy to gain? To believe Creationism takes faith. Good question! They have found that oil is not a fossil fuel at all, it is below the crust and not made from decaying matter. The Russians have discovered That the old wells they thought were dried up were refiling from deeper down so they drilled deeper and found more oil. The Russians say we will never run out but it is expensive to re drill the old wells.

I am from Singapore and I hope Ron Paul will be the next US President. He will help change the America's existing system and that will help change the miserable world we are living in right now. With him as President, I have the confidence that he will stop the 'third' world war.

The ad is not effective. He wasted a lot of his supporters' money. He's stubborn. His supporters have made good Utube videos for him but he hasn't picked up a single one to air for his campaign. I feel sorry for his supporters as they wanted him so much to win; but this dog don't hunt. Ron Paul is meek, unassertive and is timid about fighting and attacking in debates. Good personality for a doctor; not so good for a leader. I wouldn't waste my time or money on him; RP doesn't even TRY to win.

Why do all the news channels never talk of Ron Paul? Am I the only one who notices this? I think the dia should allow the same amount of air time for all candidates,so people can see who they really are,instead of focusing on the "front runners". How do they get away with it?

EXACTLY, LostFREEDOM! I believe it was Jefferson that referred to democracy as "the tyranny of the majority," and believed that it was more dangerous than a monarchy. I am sure he has a lot of their support.
I think the problem, from people who have talked to me about it, is more in the style.
Makes them a little nervous to hear the U.S. refered to as an "empire", the implication sounds bad.
As far as his stand on sticking to the Constitution, all of the candidates should adopt that into their platform....the country needs it.

I wasn't talking about the "swearing"....I meant the tone that makes the poster sound as if all who don't 100% agree with them are morons. That is ridiculous and that type of attitude kept people like myself who MIGHT have voted for Dr. Paul from doing it. I agree with Dr. Paul on most things, but some of his supporters take it farther than even he does.

As someone who was politically active during the Afghan war against the Soviet Union I am well aware of what happened.
The Soviets were a far more dangerous threat to the U.S. and the world and we HELPED the Afghans in their fight against them. It is NOT our fault if people we HELPED turned against us. They needed our help and we gave it, and our help to them dealt a stunning blow to the Soviets and helped to speed their wodnfall. Looking for someone to blame...blame bin Laden not the U.S.
