When i saw this method couple weeks ago i thought this would just taste like a paratha and im not making it. this evenign i decided to make pizza and prepared everything from the marinara sauce, dough, mushroom onion red bell pepper catoor thin slices...and our electricity went away. i did your method but covered the pan with a deep thali like thing which melted the cheese on top. it turned super and Thank You Bhavna. even without melting the cheese in Microwave oven, Now I need to perfect the making of Pizza Dough little further. I have used "Britannia Mozzarella cheese" since it melts quickly and tastes great.... "Nestle Maggie Hot & Sweet Tomato sauce" which I have used as a pizza sauce as well as to top up... and Quick Fried vegetables for Toppings..
