@satriamudakarana Thanks, the background was created in layers using Adobe Illustrator, and, like the rest of this production, it was a very big job. The artist is Arturo Vila at The Creativity Zone in New York. So this was provided by the ad agency.

The faux 3D camera moves were created by Tim Romero using Adobe After Effects. AE makes it relatively simple to move the camera around and create the illusion of 3D when you have a BG with many logical layers like this one.

Yes, we draw directly in Flash on Cintiqs (a monitor you can draw on with a stylus) and Wacom tablets. The only exception is the shot of the red blood cells, which is 3D, animated in Maya by Ryan Lowe. fun!

Thanks man! We appreciate the critique. You're right, it was hundreds of hours of work, a lot of which you can't see because it was revision after revision. It wasn't even very profitable, but we have something great for our showreel and it's running a heavy schedule on national TV, so that's awesome.

Thanks! I don't think our client would mind if you used it for that! We utilized Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya and After Effects, plus a lot of elbow grease to make this.
