I believe that on 0:18 there's what you'd call a Dile Que no. Same for 0:38.
Sorrowfully, the places where we learned to dance made no clear distinction between the two, so we sometimes have old bad habits, such as mixing CBL into Casino, "popping" without us noticing.
Same goes for students from the time we still didn't develop the notion of it ourselves.
Anyway, we'll try to make sure next times there will be a clear Dile Que no in the clip, to avoid confusion.

Just one thing: if you are dancing in cuban style the thing at 0:22 should be a 'dile que no' but looks like a puertorican cross body lead.
I've seen also other students of your school making the same mistake.
