  • this is like a Crossfit workout!  Crossfit is a great way to get in shape. Not to spam you guys or anything, but I recommend that you try out Crossfit for your overall physical fitness. It'll kick your butt ;)

  • since muscle confusion is important for better gains how often should you switch up ur workout routine?

  • Is this workout for beginners or only for advanced? How often should someone perform this type of workout, like 3 times a week for 4 weeks? Should this workout be incorporated into my usual weightlifting routines or is this a replacement? Is this good for building muscle or only endurance? I think this type of workout would be more fun and productive with a partner instead of by myself.

  • There is some great exercises in this circuit. I run circuit sessions for the army and for a boxing class and have used these. I even made some circuit cards with screen prints of this vid, so Scott, you are on my circuit cards! Epic.

  • @VassilAngelov4 Delayed response but you can't focus fat loss...You gain first in your stomach and lose last in your stomach. If you want to focus fat loss then...Well....yeah you can't.

  • Great workout. 2 suggestions, 1. when you raise knees toward ur head, round ur shoulders forward somewhat and make as 4 a bearhug), slightly tilt your neck forward, bring your chin down and tuck it in toward you. To protect yourself from knee counter or uppercut. 2. As a separate routine, before doing wrestlers challenge, do a complete wrestlers warm-up circuit before the video circuit with wrestlers testament. You'll do w-t twice as fast with smooth continuous gliding movement.

  • Scott, this is your bro from London here. Thank you for the circuit workout, just finished it 2 mins ago and i am seriously depleted right now..

    My goal is burn fat whilst gaining lean muscle.. Therefore around 3 times a week i do some sort of fat burning exercises on an empty stomach (fasted) then straight after have a late breakfast - egg omellette or whey protein in porridge oats.

    Just wanted to ask if this good for my goals? Later on today i'm goin to train Legs & 30mins cardio too. Thanks

  • hi Scott, great video, but please buy a tripot for the camera. it will stabilize the picture by adding weight to the camera.there are many videos on how to stabilize the image on youtube. check them out.

  • When you are doing these plyometric workouts, your not lifting weights so don't pace yourself, explode on every workout and try to get as much in as you can. because when your doing these, your working out your "fast twitch" so you need to go as fast as you can, but keeping form. I know this cause i'm a wrestler.

    p.s. love your vids, i always do drop sets on all my workouts now. Keep it up
