For example, one would do this workout on monday, wednesday, and friday, and on tuesday and thursday, they would perform a workout with 3 sets per exercise of squats, deads, and bench press (2 sets of 75% weight for a high number of reps, 2 sets with 85-95% weight w/ rep range: endurance;8-10, strength;6-8, and power;4-6). When you are doing these plyometric workouts, your not lifting weights so don't pace yourself, explode on every workout and try to get as much in as you can. because when your doing these, your working out your "fast twitch" so you need to go as fast as you can, but keeping form. I know this cause i'm a wrestler.
p.s. love your vids, i always do drop sets on all my workouts now. Keep it up

scott would u say this is more for fat burning/cardio workout and endurance... but would it also be good for muscle building?

@ScottHermanFitness thanks man, i just have this fear of losing muscle cause of cardio haha but i want to start getting better endurance, i naturally have a fast metabolism and i dont put on much fat. i think i do too much weights and not enough stuff like this so its probly best so i recover to lessen the weights and get fitter haha
