I like this guy's way of explaining mediation and sticking to what I understand the principles to be. I often get a sense a lot of US mediators are very directive but I think this guy is genuinely facilitative and understands why that is so important to the effectiveness of mediation ....he talks the talk and I reckon he walks the talk too. Nice one.
