@wowplayer6541011. You just film the video and but it on the computer, than you just drag the film into flash and a meny will come up. There you choose embeded video (so you can draw in it) and after that you just create a new layer and draw in it! Easy :)
how do you do this, i tried to do this but the video i imported just showed up as a object, it didnt change during frames so animating it would be near imposible
Go to file, then import to stage... then choose the file you want, click next, then click the 'embed in timeline option' click next, then cut the clip to how you want it, then click next and wait for it to load up!

yeah, i converted a yellow ball into a movie clip, added effects with filter, and then made the animetion with it.
