Sins of a Solar Empire, i've played it, didn't really like it, but i'm just surprised that it, besides Warhammer, is the ONLY PC exclusive.

I'm being confused as fuck because this is BEST PC GAME. It shouldn't be Multiplatform games. They are fun, but still guys WTF. If you want a thing like this, put games like Starcraft II or maybe even Postal 2. Wait this is 2008. Still.

consoles are good because they are cheap. pc's are good because they can be cheap if you know what you are doing and build it yourself. pc's look so much better. look at dragon age: origins for a prime example. Some games are better with a console controller (gta, just cause 2, assassin's creed imo) but all play better on a pc if you have the hardware. If you can't afford the hardware, get a ps3 or xbox. all that being said, consoles suck.

I do like PCs... but I prefer consoles for gaming. For example, if I went out and bought a PS3, and played against someone else with a PS3, we're on equal footing as we both have exactly the same system. With PCs, I could have a £400 laptop, and I could play online against someone with a £5000 gaming rig, and they have the higher advantage by far.

It's true, PC has a whole bunch more uses and features, but consoles such as the 360 and PS3 have been designed especially for gaming, so with a console, you get less lag and a better gaming experience where as the PC is made for things other than gaming so performance will not always be good

@Alphajarvis0 an alienware area-51 ALX is infact more powerful than the ps3. the processor is almost as powerful than the ps3's maybe more. Plus the graphics card is way more powerful than the ps3's because the ps3's is only meant to be twice as powerful as a 6900gtx which is nowhere near as powerful as the newer graphics cards. The only downside however is the price. i might aswell buy a new ps3 and fit the components into the PC.

dragon age as a point and click game was absolutely dreadful. it lasted ten minutes on my hard drive. for shooters generally keyboard and mouse is better, but games like dead space were much better with xbox controller in my opinion. i`m not saying one is better than the other, but that both have faults and being elitist about either is pointless. and a blanket statement `pcs are better than consoles` dosen`t cut it. at what spec do pcs crap all over consoles? i would need fuill aniso and 2 xaa

pc`s are mightily more expensive than cosoles, the os alone is at least 100 dollars, then graphics card, soundcard, hard drives, processor. keyboard and mouse, add the hunderds of dolalrs up. consoles are cheap and relatively powerful, the programmers have a constant medium to work with, the games aren`t stolen and controller is used for all games so easy to play, i can just come in from work and play games, not bothered about bells and whistles, or latest drivers, or dx whatever.

I play games on a PC and on a console. PC is great because it is indeed multipurpose and I personally believe is better for first person shooters but the main issue is that they become outdated so fast. A high in computer that is necessary to play some games is almost 4 times as expensive as a console and is more likely to break or get a virus. A brand new gaming computer may be better now but in a short time it will become less and less superior.
