This song is the only reason I purchased the entire "Great Expectations" soundtrack when it was first released. As a matter of fact been playing it lately on my mp3 player. Weather it's Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Audioslave...no band can go wrong by having Chris Cornell fronting them. But just listen how awesome he is on his own. This is my favorite vocal performance by him period.

No. I argue that they are allowed under fair use copyright law for educational and historical purposes, as well as for comment, criticism and critique.

I use pictures relevant to the artist/time/event/meaning, and add as much historical text as possible.

I have "won" over one hundred disputes this way, but I pick my battles carefully, don't abuse the process and make sure the videos qualify as a "history lesson" on rock n' roll that will be allowed under fair use law.
