  • yeah i think its actually harder to do it on the pac man..for us it went pac-man then single spot tumble track, single spot cheese mat, single spot spring floor then single spot regular foam floor. i just got my backhandspring alone last tuesday(:

  • Keep pushing your hips forward in your arch position until you feel like you will fall over, then go to a handstand, then a hollow position, then pike position at the end to snap down. If you struggle with the arch, hollow, pike, then step out with one leg, like in a walkover. The one legged step out is a great way to work on back walkovers as well. The most important part of the back WO and back H. spring in the pac man is hitting the handstand position first.
