I think it would be cool if they had a feature similar to the NES's in the gamecube version, only you would get to play the games that you have gotten from the download channel. Sure it would be pretty much pointless, you could just play those games from your wii menu, but I loved the NES feature on the gamecube, and just think it would be cool to see something like that again.

hey joodude, u no on the gamecube the animals actully fished and did stuff like the sports fair and stuff, and like how on the ds the animals really dont do anything but walk around. so i was wondering if on city folk do the animals in the town do more productive things or do they just walk around like the ds?

it wont, they already have an animal crossing game for ds, and this game uses wiiconnect24 which you cant use on the ds as well as it uses the ds for other stuff. sorry bud might want to invest in a wii

It makes sense that it does not come with WiiSpeak. Not everybody who purchases AC;CF would be playing it on WiFi, therefor owning the WiiSpeak is not something they would need.
