Here all calls are dispatched based on priority of the crime - NOT the color of the victim or perp. It just so happened a cycle cop was around the corner. That is actually the first time I've seen a cycle cop in the area. FYI to all the racists, the DA dropped all the charges against the black man.

In this case there was no need and 911 told me they have a unit right around the corner. Me confronting him probably would have only made him take off and the cop miss him.

You may not be playing the race card, but you did just play the ignorance card. 911 calls are simply dispatched as they come in. Radio logs are public. Do you really think they go "Calling all cars, calling all cars a black devil is attacking one of our white women, everybody go, go, go!" Wake up, it's not 1950. So, I guess I shouldn't have said he was in a Cadillac either because blacks in caddy's is racist?

I see I touched a nerve. That was not my intent. However, I do live in Los Angeles and things are a little different over here. It's a known fact, that law enforcement takes just a little bit longer to respond to certain calls. My hat still goes off to you and what your doing. Godspeed.

I can't speak to anything other than my local PD. Anyone who knows me knows I'm no cheerleader for the cops - but I also don't like to perpetuate false information. Here all calls are dispatched based on priority of the crime - NOT the color of the victim or perp. It just so happened a cycle cop was around the corner. That is actually the first time I've seen a cycle cop in the area. FYI to all the racists, the DA dropped all the charges against the black man.

Well put and well said "graphixinfo". I understand what u were aiming for, but some people just don't get it. I know Brian said it's not 1950, however, depending on the location things flow a little bit differently and some people just don't believe it because they are not from where they see things like this STILL happening, they need proof. I also appreciate what Brian is doing for his community and protecting/saving lives of children, wives, etc. He does a great job, no complaint there.

Nice try. A robbery is a completely different situation. One, I have to walk up to get to lewd act on tape in a prostitution case. In this case there was no need and 911 told me they have a unit right around the corner. Me confronting him probably would have only made him take off and the cop miss him.

Great job! What a catch! Looks like at least one other man had a warrant out on him, too (the first man out of the car), otherwise I doubt they'd have arrested him, unless maybe they viewed him as an accomplice to the crime.
