It's not a meltdown; The reactor has been shut down, but is still very hot; the steam explosion that you see is from over heating/pressure and hydrogne build up in the cooling system, there may have been some radioactivity released but due to the reletivly short half life of that material It's not a major threat.
The containment building has been disintegrated but the reactor vessel is still intact.
Think about a free energy source, water and air. Stop using the most harmful energy sources.
