OMEGA3...and fish!!!No smoking , no drinking , not eating Junk food that has to much sodium or transfat or sugar... basicaly just be healthy and exersice alot!!!creams and lotions and all those products wont have much impact maybe they can help a little.. but our human body has its own personal ways!!!

sup only if i were u i would not shave so much with the disposeable razors i would just invest in a really good pair of beard trimmers that one would use for shape up purposes because even though u are really young you dont see it now but soon the razors will cause the razor bumps to show yet, they wont show up if u get the trimmers and use them. You might not agree yet i think u should give it a try ok

I shave once a week, too. Tuesday. because my skin will break out and go read, cuz I'm so light skinned.

I use the Noxema fask mask @ night before bed... in the morning I use a Noxema facial soap and once a week on Fridays St Ives apricot scrub to remove dead facial skin, etc.

but some people are just born with naturale good skin. =]
