I agree. They are definitely one of my favorite bands of the 70's and 80's. No matter where I go in my car, I always make sure I have a Steve Miller Band CD with me :)

..... absolutely. But in my opinion I think he was more forgotten becuase people dont realize how many great songs they had. I never knew SMB did this song, I always assumed it was foriegner or something (Im embarrassed by that now,lol) I had always though Rocknme was bachman turner overdrive , and I never knew who sang Jet airliner (until now) I only knew stever miller band sang The Joker. And Im usually really good at knowing who sings what, thats why I was soo shocked
