actually I believe if you mean Ben the main character from Full Throttle... he was voiced by none other than Mark Hamil..

Personally I think Mark has a life time contract with LA (Lucas Arts) for example look at all the LA games.. then check just how many of those Mark Hamil has either voice actored or been in..

the BLIZZARD is the most historic company comaperd to other more rts game like banche and ubisoft...STARCRAFT owns all rts game cause for its lasting 11 years old games and others..and now the starcraft2 a thing that will last for about 15-20 years
