Incredible video, stunning social commentary. I watched it 5 or 6 times in a row. I guess it's a stupid video to some. But so many people are losing everything they've worked for in today's economy. People don't always make the right decisions under pressure. Someone who would not steal for themselves may do anything for their family. I don't condone his actions though. Incredible video, stunning social commentary. I watched it 5 or 6 times in a row. I guess it's a stupid video to some. But so many people are losing everything they've worked for in today's economy. People don't always make the right decisions under pressure. Someone who would not steal for themselves may do anything for their family. I don't condone his actions though. But you get the sense he was a different man before receiving that pink slip. The day it all changed.

honestly i think that would have called for a taser in that incident, or something non-lethal, but how did they know he wasnt armed? they have a right to defend themselves and he would have been fine if he's stayed put and followed their instructions. cops have a rough job and im sick of fuckers saying they should die when the people that say that are probably just like that guy in the video, a fucking loser. if more people like that did what this guy did with the cops, there'd be less morons.

I love DBT. And although someone made a comment about how we are "supposed to feel sorry for this guy" I don't feel that was the point of the video. We live in a very unstable world, people are becoming desperate and while the decisions they make may not be honerable, I think it shows everyone has their breaking point. I myself have worked a series of crappy jobs. I would never rob anyone but there are those days where I could just throw everything down and walk out. The Fucking End.

okaaay. but this is a weee bit unrealistic. Innocent people get shot and die everyday no doubt, but any cop knows that the dude has to have a weapon visible before they shoot and they would never shoot a dude in the chest multiple times in this scenario. I doubt even a shot in the leg at that point. Plus that guy is completley selfish for walking into his death like that. I mean what went through his mind? I know what a good rock show sounds and looks like, and all 6 times the DBT haven't let me down. It's that simple. It doesn't take much of a musical aficionado to tell you what sounds good.
