Car Seat Safety : How to Use Infant Car Seat Bases

Our baby turns two weeks tomorrow and my wife will be taking her to the pediatrician.. thank you so much for this demonstration. I swear, every time I pulled up the model base or carseat that we had it would make mention of the ability to change the angle of elevation. It would state that it was an included feature but I simply could not find a demonstration or figure it out. I had already anchored the base down and was trying to change the elevation. It was a duh moment after watching.
