I've known a few people with the skating ability, quick hands, and hockey smarts to be in the NHL, but they're size has limited them to playing in the OHL/NCAA Division 1/AHL. And many of his hits are clean, but aren't expected from people who aren't D-men or the tough guys/big hitters. People say that he goes out of his way to make unnecessary hits, but if a hit can help his team win a game, he'll do it. He'll finish anything, which makes him one of the best. I'd say only Datsyuk is a better two way player.

@generationtim Nope in most Minor leagues there are rules that ban hits to the head, but in the NHL You are allowed to hit a player in the head, as long as it is from north south, and you use you're shoulder. Look in the rulebook it's quite clearly stated.
