I loved this song from cold mountain and was pleasantly surprised that the singer was not old and bearded. Not that it makes a difference, just kind of cool. Although the lyrical stylings were primo, I had a very nice laugh when the little/big one said :Daddy, you're scaring the owl". Hilarious!

mdfinch: I Think Tim is doing pretty good as I dont know if you guys all know he is the one that sings many of the incredible haunting songs that were the soundtrack to a very very good movie "Cold Mountain" With Nicole Kidman,Renée Zellweger, About Civil War Soldier and His journey back home. If you have not seen I suggest you dont rent it but go and "BUY" it is that good... Tim does that era justice voice. I think he is even better than Jack White.

whats odd is the other day I was driving up my hollow and there was an owl sitting in the road. I stopped and was tryin to figure out what it was (it had it's back to me.)Then it waddled off the road and perched on a fence post. I think it was injured. But that was the closest I had ever been to one. I went back down the road a few minutes later and it was gone. But there was definitely something wrong with it.
