It sounds like Ellinia because you go through the broken time machine to get to it, and that's just what it is - Ellinia in the past. If you explore the town enough you pick up proof; Crawls with Balrog, the tree that would soon become the Magic Library, and even a younger Athena Pierce.

@kennylee12313 You can go to ellin EASILY from Ludi. Just got to the tower all the way right from town. Then go up, and inside a time portal :D
