360 has achievements, not trophies. And we do not get an extra achievement for completing them all. But the games' icons are displayed in a special spot if you completed all achievements for that game. That just shows off how much you put into the game With achievements, you get Gamerscore, which are points that have no significant value other than bragging rights among your friends. GT means Gamertag, which is your username on Xbox Live.

@batangryman 95% of people on my friend list are the ones I have met playing BC2. If I accidentally ended up on the opposite team when joining their game session, I picked up light weight pack + armour and ran around the map with pistol in my hand (makes you even faster!) hunting for the knife kills. And their reactions when I stabbed them were always priceless :) Making new online friends ain't that hard and there's no need for boosting.
