You're right. Iran has it's problems, the media likes to blow things up because the policy is set on Iran, to undermine in any way the government there. That's funny. The guy who just got into office wrecked the economy, though the previous guy's 8 years of incompetence had nothing to do with that. You know the economy is like a HUGE train that requires miles (many months) to come to a stop (derail). Are you kidding? Not many other countries execute homosexuals by throwing them off cliffs. Iran also has a leading position in terms of public executions. The barbaric regime really needs to end. Sadly, it looks like it may take the blood of native patriots to make it happen, but it's pretty clear the majority are sick of the superstitious fascists in power.

We can only hope that the west supports them militarily when they decide to make a move.

The IRP has always forced confessions to let people out of jails. Only one group of people never confessed - the PMOI never confessed and that meant hundreds of thousands were publically executed. Today we see how quickly the "left of right" give in and confess. But the young and old Iranians have had enough. As this economy slumps the regime's end is even closer. Last week's attacks on the PMOI in camp ashraf show how desparate this regime is by using political cache up on unarmed dissidents.
