  • The cops have the right to be safe. All the cops have to do is point to 20 or so video on youtube that show a person carrying 10 or so weapons to make the point that they need to careful. Again on youtube you have people threating and advising others to shoot the cops. Even in this video some of the response makes my point. I don’t blame cop for forcing the citizen to the ground and removing the weapon until they determine what is going on.

  • @samten10a You sound like a communist thug. You don't blame the police for stomping all over our rights? I don't blame anyone who would like to see you commie thugs swinging by the neck. If it's a right, the police have NO GROUNDS to be treating law abiding citizens like criminals. Without a reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime, they have ZERO reason to stop or detain him. Some stupid cunt whining about a man with a HOLSTERED GUN is NOT a legal proof of a crime. SubvertedNation/net

  • I will say this, the 911/dispatch should do better. They should ask the caller, what is the person doing that is illegal? How is the person acting that would endanger the public?

  • I didn't hear any threats from the officers. Jeff has to follow the orders of the officers for THEIR safety. And like the officer said, he can carry as he will. But just because you can carry it openly doesen't mean you should. Guns aren't illegal folks, but carry em' carefully.........

  • @nebula4001 Let me get this straight, YOU say the 'officer' told Jeff he "can carry as he will", but obviously NOT in this case!!?? And then you follow up with the completely idiotic statement of "just because it's legal, doesn't mean you should?? What?? THE MAN WAS FREAKING WALKING DOWN THE STREET! That's not carrying "carfully"??? These officers violated this mans rights, THERE IS NO DOUBT about this. This happens WAY to much across this country. WAY to much IMO.........

  • @nebula4001 Didn't hear any threats? You think it's ok to order someone to the ground at gunpoint and then cuff them and seize their property when there is no evidence that a crime has even been committed? The officers could have protected their safety by simply saying "Sir, please hold your hands up and away from your weapon - for my safety". No prob - no rights violated and everyone can be on their way. And obviously the station is hiding the other tapes and audio.

  • Get that police cheif out and the Mayor that will solve that problem.Next time the same cops roll up defend yourself due to the one cop that threatened him told him if he gets hurt don't cry to us they are not cops they are robbers

  • Sounds like domestic terrorism to me. Armed thugs, with badges.

  • America
