DO NOT GO AS LOW AS THIS ASSHOLE!! You will wreck your shoulders permanently, i.e., reduce stability by overstretching ligaments. If you dont believe this - ask ex-gymnasts who regularly overstretched their glenohumeral joints.
Hi, so, if you are not flexible, train your flexibility, it's not my fault, that your are not flexible, everyone wanna gain muscle, but, noboby pays attention to flaxibility, heart train(cardio) and so on! If you are not flexible, thats bad, you must be good in all points, it's not true???
What is the point of this video? It seems it works for you (since you have been training for 10 years you say), but for pretty much everyone who watch this video, it's horrible form, because we aren't that flexibel.
Maybe you should add something in the description such as:"this is how I do it, but wont prolly work for you"
You think, I must be all my life in good shape??? How you want to gain some mass, If you will be always on shape??? Also, it depends on training program, if you training for power, you can't be on good shape, because you must eat more for faster recovery! When you training for power, there is no hypertrophy.
Hello to all, thanks for coments, but, I working out 10 years and I know my self good, this technique is good, if you do exercises slow and with muscle control, you don't get any injury, don't tell me, that this is incorrect! Full movement full development, partial movement, partial development!!!
@DopingForSoul dude look at your shape.. i mean you worked 10 years but you dont really look good x_x sorry mate but you must have doing something wrong during those 10 years...
A personal trainer should know better. I hope he has good health insurance because he will end up in the operating room with shoulder damage eventually.
I'm not a doctor but from what I do know you are going down way too deep, and risking injury as a result. You should consult a physical therapist before you damage your shoulders.
ASSHOLE, this is your name, nice to meet you :D

Do not judge by yourself, if you are not flexible, it does not mean that others are the same!!! Good luck...
