The Aiptek ISDV2's aren't terrible, but you have to understand what you're getting for the money. If you can pick one up for around 50 bucks, it's probly not bad. I wouldn't pay much more than that. If you're willing to spend around 100 bucks, there are much better cameras that you can get.

I've never seen a digital zoom that was worth much of anything. Even my MiniDV's zoom is a tad unpleasant when it goes into digital, which it does after it reaches the limit of 16x optical. I try not too zoom beyond that point.
