Hey great video... I saw a video of a guy who got pulled over by a cop and when the cop asked him if he can put the window down, the guy just crack the window so he can hear him. The guy must of knew his shit about the law an had the cop stuck over his words saying "i dont know" alot. I wanted to know if it was you. Sounds like it was you.

I just stumbled upon reco 3 days ago or so and realized they are doing this all the way through even if you plea bargain it is null n void for fraud and racketeering and more, I am behind you 100% these fools need to follow the Law or go to China where they can get away with it cause Americans will wake up as they are, and we will make sure of it! All of Us.

I got a Mip for unlawfully acssess alchol to with by comsumption, but they never gave me a breathalizer or found the booze, any of your opinions would really help me out tons, I think im going to file a motion to dismiss for no hard evidence and their being no corpas electie
Stick it to them, they deserve it. The courts all over are violating everyone's rights, and people don't know. I follow what you are saying. RICO is dead on, they are pirates, and they know it. Until enough people start saying NO! And back it up with action, they will continue to abuse us. You are using their own rules against them, and they can't claim your terrorizing them because they do it to so many people every day.

What specifically was in your writ petition and how did the appellate court rule?
It would be very helpful if you provided the full text of your motions and other pleadings.
