Voice acting is one of the key elements of defining a character's personality and how you feel/connect with them too. This is part of the gameplay, the experience. Shoddy voice acting ruins a fair bit of it.

Oh, man. Seeing Sonic's first voice actor in the video games in real life entertained me. As much as I've given up hope of Ryan returning to voice Sonic, I think he is a great and funny actor. He was a great Sonic (and so was Jason Griffith), and I wonder what he thinks of Roger Craig Smith taking the role.
