I use Fraps for recording. As for the camera angles, I use Vegas' camera pan function. It's real simple to learn.

the game does not require a lot of bandwidth but most people dont have computers that meet the games necessary requirements to run (ie my laptop :P). and so the lag doesnt always come from your miserable internet.
