    no no thank,,,

    i dont like saturn car

  • I WON'T FUCK US OVER I WON'T FUCK US OVER, I WON'T FUCK US OVER I'M MR. NOVEMBER

  • and look where they are now, no where, cuz they died.

  • Hahah thats funny. You say that as if your an informed individual.

  • I used to work at a Saturn dealer... And SO many bad ones came through. Many had holes in the bodywork, interiors that were destroyed, HORRIBLE knocking noises, bad clutches, and a few REALLY bad ones came with smoking exaust!

I have to say though, their new stuff is looking much better than the old. I just hope it lasts better than their old ones did.

  • Just like the cadillacs of the late seventies and eighties, like every other 80s GM vehicle, were GARBAGE. Now that GM has turned it around, maybe you should change your attitude. GM builds world class vehicles with quality that matches or surpasses its Japanese and European competitors in most areas. Sure there are some bad apples still in the bunch (mini-vans, Equinox/Torrent 3.4Ls, etc) but they also have some amazing vehicles on the market...GMT900s,Asta, Aura, Malibu,CTS, Lambadas,Vue, ...

  • Oh how I hated the GM U-body vans! My parents used to have one, and they thought it was the coolest thing.

You are right about new GM's being better. I really love the new Tahoe... And the new G8. Stunning cars. Now if only they would come up with a decent Aveo replacement, they might be set for a while.

  • GM "matches" their European competitors because they had to... or are you forgetting where the Aura comes from? I would buy an Opel, but nothing from their other brands.

  • How many of those were owner abuse? I had a '93 SL1 for 8 years, drove the piss out it, and the only problem I ever had was having burnt the clutch out after teaching my friend how to drive stick. Truth of the matter is, those buying entry-level vehicles are not the most auto savvy and may not pay attention to recommended maintenance intervals.

  • The S-series was a great car. Minnesota weather is hard on cars, yet I still see S-Series cars driven every day. I used to work with an adorable older couple who commute to work every day in a manual SC2 they bought brand new in 1993. They claim to have done nothing but regular maintenance on the car and it now has 250,000 miles. I once offered to buy it, and the lady threw herself over the hood and said "You could buy a brand new car with the money it would take to make my part with this one"

  • amen man, i live north of the twin cities and have a 99 sl2 still running strong with the original motor at 270,00+ miles, gets about 33 in town and 38 on the highway, whats wrong with that?

  • so good tht kid with the shaved head is hot!
