You should download Techsmith's Camtasia program. It comes with the Techsmith codec, which is like almost no compression, so you lose almost no quality, but it drastically reduces the file size. In 1920x1080, it would be much less than 1GB in file size. You'd be able to upload it properly. Also, if you re-render it in Sony Movie Studio as a wmv, that should bring the file size down to about 100 megabytes, without a lot of quality loss. Anyway, it was great. Good job. I'm subscribing :)
I couldn't render a movie, because it would take too much time. I haven't got a very vast computer. Sorry, but I really couldn't make a movie. Maybe I will try it soon on a another computer, or my laptop.
