So, he winds up with a heavy steel frame mounted on wheels that can be towed with a bicycle. What's the use of that? More time spent on smokin' and drinkin' beer than on trailer construction. Maybe that's the root of the problem.

Notching at the high stress point aint smart. Id have bolted on a pair of triangular plates with holes for spindle, or weld on a little flat iron and notch that. You could have got away with smaller section angle if youd done it right.

You can make it any size you want. Just make sure the measurement for the wheels are correct on both sides.

need be from age or wear?
