@todanp If you prefer, you can start with me. I resist all dogma, on both sides of the issue, and won’t stand for it in science any more than from any other religion.

NDEs CAN be explained by science with work, it’s just that science isn’t trying to explain them, they are too busy dismissing them. They are forcing experiences to match theories, and ignoring the actual data collected. That is bad science by any definition.

@Smileyldy08 I agree with the spirit of what you wrote, but take issue with some of your words.

NDEs are real, and yes, modern science cannot explain or dismiss them, but true science should transcend just the current popular theories and relate to everything. To say that NDEs “have nothing to do with science”, in effect, lets the scientists off the hook and widens the divide. I prefer to demand that they explain the facts of NDEs, instead of their usual dismissal of them.
