and i play gta4 on this system but on medium settings its result is not good and i got 20 to 25 fps on it

The E8400 is not a bad cpu at all. It runs every game perfectly, but it's a slight bottleneck in gta 4. I see people with quad core cpu's but the same graphics card as i have, and they get much higher fps.

What are you talking about. You can only have one cpu (unless it's a servermobo). They can be multicore but even a server can't have a E8400 paired with a i7. A 9800GTX can't crossfire.
